Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and aesthetic appeal of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a robust work ethic, an eye for detail, and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels according to established procedures.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, carpets, and hard surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, such as toiletries, stationery, and complimentary items.




- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaky faucets, non-functional lights) and report them promptly to the supervisor or maintenance department.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a neat and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed.
