- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, statutory regulations, and internal company policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor changes in legal and regulatory requirements and communicate their impact to management.
- Conduct internal compliance audits and inspections to identify risks and non-compliance.
- Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
- Maintain statutory licenses, registrations, and regulatory filings as required.
- Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
- Conduct compliance awareness and ethics training for employees.
- Support risk assessments and implement compliance risk mitigation plans.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, and other departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Promote ethical business practices and ensure adherence to the organization's Code of Conduct.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
