Job Description: Hostess

Job Title: Hostess

Job Summary:
A Hostess is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, managing reservations, seating customers, and ensuring efficient table turnover. The hostess serves as the first point of contact for guests and helps provide an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and waitlists.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize restaurant efficiency.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with servers and management regarding table availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
- Assist with special requests and resolve minor guest concerns professionally.

Qualifications:





- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, qualified, and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer or reservation system knowledge is a plus.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
