Designation: Junior Accountant

Location : VG Hospital, Coimbatore (Mettupalayam road, Thudiyalur)

Education: B.com CA

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience

Job responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations in Tally Prime/ERP, including bookkeeping, voucher processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review journal entries, vouchers, ledgers, and financial statements such as the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
- Verify invoices, payments, and credit/debit notes, and resolve any accounting discrepancies.
- Prepare MIS reports, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and assist during internal and external audits.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes, and analyse financial data to support effective decision-making.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
