Job Summary

Reliance Animation Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Animation & Multimedia Faculty to train students in industry-relevant creative software and production workflows. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for mentoring students toward successful careers in the animation, VFX, gaming, graphic design, and multimedia industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Training

- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
- Teach industry-standard software related to Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and 3D Modeling.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and practical projects.
- Conduct assessments, practical tests, and project evaluations.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance.

Student Development

- Mentor students in portfolio and showreel creation.
- Prepare students for internships and placement opportunities.
- Encourage creativity, innovation, and professional work ethics.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and industry-oriented sessions.

Curriculum & Administration

- Update course content according to industry trends.
- Maintain attendance, student performance records, and reports.
- Coordinate with the academic and placement teams.
- Ensure proper maintenance of computer labs and software.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Animation, VFX, Graphic Design,



and Multimedia.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following software:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Autodesk Maya
- Blender
- Autodesk 3ds Max
- ZBrush
- Unreal Engine (preferred)
- Unity (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications are an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of teaching or industry experience in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Gaming, or Multimedia.
- Freshers with exceptional technical skills and teaching aptitude may also apply.

Salary

- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience, skills, and subject expertise).
- Performance-based incentives may be provided.

Working Hours

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 6 days a week (Weekly off as per academy policy).
