Job description
Purpose of the Role:
 To drive business growth by developing new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting Industrial Automation Solutions and Electrical Panel business in the Visakhapatnam region.
 The role involves consultative selling, understanding customer requirements, preparing technocommercial proposals in coordination with internal teams, and achieving sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
 Identify new business opportunities and generate enquiries through direct customers, EPCs, OEMs, and consultants.
 Build strong customer relationships and expand market presence.
Sales & Customer Management
 Promote Industrial Automation solutions (PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, VFDs).
 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Tender & Proposal Management
 Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and engineering teams.
 Review tender documents, negotiate commercial terms, and secure orders.
Order Execution Support




 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and support.
Market Intelligence
 Monitor competitors, identify upcoming projects, and explore new business opportunities and market trends.
Preferred candidate profile:
 Experience: 5 to 8 years (Sr. Engineer) / 8 to 12 years (Assistant Manager) in Industrial
Automation, Electrical Panels, System Integration, Switchgear, or Industrial Electrical Solutions.
 Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of PLC, SCADA, Industrial Drives, and Automation Systems. Experience with Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Rockwell, or Mitsubishi solutions is preferred.
 Key Competencies: Strong technical sales, business development, customer relationship
management, negotiation, communication, commercial acumen, problem-solving, and a selfdriven, target-oriented approach.
Education
UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics and Communication
Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation and Control Engineering,
Mechatronics, Electronics And Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, Electrical
