We are looking for a qualified Mining Engineer to oversee coal mining operations, ensure secure and efficient production activities, and maintain compliance with DGMS and mining regulations. The candidate will support mine planning, operational supervision, safety implementation, and production optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily mining activities
- Monitor coal production targets and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with DGMS safety standards and mining laws
- Conduct mine inspections and risk assessments
- Coordinate blasting, drilling, excavation, and transportation activities
- Prepare mine development and production reports
- Optimize manpower and equipment utilization
- Work closely with geology, survey, and operations teams
- Maintain statutory records and documentation
- Support environmental and safety initiatives

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech / Diploma in Mining Engineering




- Valid Mining Engineer Certificate (First Class / Second Class preferred)
- Knowledge of coal mining operations
- Familiarity with DGMS regulations and mine safety practices
- Good communication and leadership skills

Experience

- Freshers to 8 years experience
- Coal mining experience preferred
- Open-cast mining experience is an advantage
