Job Overview

VSM scholars is looking for a dedicated and professional HR Executive to manage recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in hiring processes, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with both candidates and companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a robust database of candidates and client companies.
- Handle placement activities and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment reports, hiring records,



and candidate documentation.
- Assist in achieving monthly recruitment and placement targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and corporate clients.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Placement, or HR Operations.
