Acquisition Team Executive (Community & Partnership Outreach)

About the Role

Hare Ka Sahara Trust is looking for energetic, confident, and people-oriented individuals to join our Acquisition Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and onboard current partners, volunteers, supporters, donors, and business associates while expanding the Trust's network across your assigned city.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new volunteers, supporters, and community partners.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, educational institutions, societies, and organizations.
- Generate leads for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
- Represent Hare Ka Sahara Trust at meetings, events, awareness drives, and community programs.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and City Head teams to achieve growth targets.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct field visits and build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Support city expansion and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, NGO outreach, community engagement,



or partnership development is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned city.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is preferred.
