Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

- Support the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations.
- Coordinate with sales executives to track inquiries, quotations, and customer orders.
- Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales documentation.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely execution.

Customer Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and order updates.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding deliveries, product availability, and order status.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through prompt and professional service.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

Reporting & MIS

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales targets, order status, and customer performance.




- Maintain accurate sales data and generate MIS reports for management.
- Analyze sales trends and provide operational support to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Inside sales: 3 years (Required)
