JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SENIOR EXECUTIVE - QC

1) RTV Checking

2) Documentation & Record Keeping as per fssr schedule IV

A) Labelling Records

B) Customer Complain Records

C) Calibration Records

D) Cleaning Records

E) Training Records

F) Online QC Reports

G) Mock Recalls & Traceability Records

H) FSMS Manual

3) Quality Checks :

A) Incoming Products

B) Outgoing Product & Packaging / Label

C) Incoming Packaging

4) Compliances – As and when required

5) Liase with external laboratory service provider to ensure that mandatory testing are conducted as per schedule/FSSR

6) Ensure that secure chemical handling & breakage control, cleaning & sanitation procedures are effectively implemented.

7) Sensitize the team on hygiene standards

Conduct regular inspection of products & packaging received, stored & dispatched.

9) To manage the segregation, quarantined storage & timely removal of non-saleable, expired stock & removal & monitoring of waste generated.

10) Internal audit to ensure compliances as per schedule IV of FSSR, 2011 , report all findings & follow-up actions to be taken to ensure closure of issues.

11) Reject the damaged/defective items back to the vendor.

12) Audit the quality during picking & packing process performed by food handlers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
