About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Supply Logistics professional to lead end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in warehouse planning and setup, supply chain operations, business development, transportation management, and team building. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of establishing current logistics operations while ensuring operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute warehouse setup, including space planning, layout optimization, storage design, and operational readiness.
- Design efficient warehouse processes to maximize storage utilization and operational productivity.
- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, dispatch, and transportation.
- Manage Mid-Mile and Last-Mile logistics operations with a focus on vehicle planning, route optimization, and timely dispatch.
- Develop transportation strategies to improve fleet utilization, turnaround time, and delivery performance.
- Identify, recruit, and build high-performing operational teams,



including warehouse staff, supervisors, and transport personnel.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new logistics opportunities and supporting client acquisition.
- Coordinate with clients, transport partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Monitor operational KPIs, service levels, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and operational SOPs.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle vendor management, contract negotiations, and performance reviews of logistics partners.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and business performance reviews for management.

*Preferred Qualifications*

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations Management will be preferred.
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and transportation management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
