We are looking for an Appian tech lead to join our team in India.

As an Appian tech lead in our practice you will:

- Lead all the development and implementation
- Prioritize requirements

- Drive analysis, design, and recent development of Appian based applications

- Demo development efforts to Program team

- Manage testers/QA teams

- Manage UI/UX team

- Lead the building of applications: interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, integrations, etc.

- Conduct peer reviews, unit testing, and code reviews

- Lead the development of Appian plugins

- Lead the building Appian embedded interfaces

Requirements:

- 8+ years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience

- 5+ years of Appian experience

- Bachelor’s degree





- Demonstrated experience delivering meaningful results while working independently with minimal supervision and guidance

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment

- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools

- Appian-SAIL, Java, Webservices, database, BPM, and Agile experience
