Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, listen to their needs, and present tailored product or service solutions.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential buyers through networking, cold calling, or inbound leads, and schedule appointments.
- Sales & Negotiation: Demonstrate product features, overcome objections, and negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales.
- Pipeline Management: Track all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Relationship Building: Follow up with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell and maintain loyalty for repeat business.
- Administrative Tasks: Process sales orders, handle payments, and assist with inventory tracking or store merchandising.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints promptly, managing returns, refunds, or service escalations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
