A Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medicines accurately, maintaining pharmacy records, ensuring proper storage of medicines, guiding patients regarding dosage and usage, and complying with medical and pharmacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescribed medicines to patients accurately.
- Verify prescriptions issued by doctors.
- Explain dosage, side effects, and precautions to patients.
- Maintain stock and inventory of medicines.
- Monitor expiry dates and storage conditions of medicines.
- Prepare purchase requests for pharmacy items.
- Maintain billing and pharmacy records.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and hospital policies.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding medication requirements.
- Handle emergency medicine requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the pharmacy.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) / Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Registered Pharmacist License mandatory.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of medicines and drug interactions
- Positive communication skills
- Inventory management
- Computer knowledge for billing and stock maintenance

- Patient handling skills
Experience:
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts may be required.
- Work in hospital pharmacy, retail pharmacy, or medical store.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
