Education: Diploma/B-com/BA with some technical background
Key Responsibilities: -
Calling/Follow-up all the leads generated by the Marketing Programmes
Qualifying the basic attributes of the lead
Updating the call data in the CRM
Allocation of the leads in CRM post lead qualification
Updating the database in the CRM
Skill Set required:
Computer Knowledge is essential.
Valuable Communication Skill in English.
Multi-Lingual preferred.
Ability to engage in a conversation with Customer.
