We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn, as well as conducting screenings and coordinating interviews to ensure timely hiring.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
* Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Experience in GCC or overseas recruitment will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
