What you’ll be doing:
- Build a live database of celebrities, influencers, and industry contacts
- Work on real events planning, coordination, and on-ground execution
- Assist with artist schedules, travel, and day-to-day management
- Be part of brand shoots, appearances, interviews, and media moments
- Connect with celebrity managers and industry professionals
- Research brand deals, collaborations, and recent opportunities for artists
- Travel with artists for events
- Handle fast-paced communication and coordination across teams
