Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Manager to handle execution and supervision of HVAC and air-conditioning projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with technicians and clients, and ensuring timely and quality project completion.

This is an on-site role involving regular site visits, team handling, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Candidates with experience in AC installation or project execution will be preferred. Freshers with technical knowledge and a willingness to learn can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise installation and execution of AC/HVAC systems at the site
- Manage technicians and ensure work is completed on time
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the internal team




- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at the site
- Handle material planning and basic inventory at the site
- Monitor project progress and report to management
- Resolve in office issues efficiently

Requirements:

- Experience in site handling (HVAC preferred)
- Basic technical knowledge of AC systems and installation
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage labour and multiple sites
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel locally for site work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
