Key Responsibilities: 1. Leisure & MICE Planning and Execution: o Design, manage, and execute end-to-end travel itineraries and events for leisure and MICE clients. o Develop creative travel solutions to meet diverse client requirements. 2. Bedbank and DMC Management: o Build and maintain relationships with Bedbanks and DMCs to secure competitive rates and ensure seamless service delivery. o Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and address any service issues promptly. 3. Geographic Expertise: o Provide in-depth consultation on destinations in Europe, the USA, the Far East, and the GCC. o Stay updated on regional travel trends, attractions, and logistical considerations. 4. Client Relationship Management: o Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. o Resolve client queries, troubleshoot issues, and offer personalized recommendations. 5. Coordination and Multitasking: o Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.



o Collaborate with internal and external teams to align on goals and deliverables. 6. Flexibility and Adaptability: o Handle last-minute changes or challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. o Adapt to varying workloads and peak travel seasons efficiently. Key Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 4 years in leisure travel and MICE consulting. Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Bedbanks and DMC management. Geographic Expertise: Profound knowledge of Europe, USA, Far East, and GCC regions. Skills: o Excellent multitasking abilities. o Solid negotiation and communication skills. o Problem-solving aptitude and flexibility. Technology Proficiency: Experience with travel management systems and tools. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
