Your work profile

As an Analyst, you will support implementation of Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions and contribute to delivery excellence across project phases.

- Assist in the implementation of Ivalua S2P modules (Sourcing, SIM, CLM, P2P)

- Support requirement gathering and documentation with business stakeholders

- Perform system configuration (forms, workflows, approvals)

- Execute test cases (SIT/UAT) and track defects

- Support data loads and perform data validation activities

- Work with SQL for basic queries and issue resolution

- Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge artifacts





- Provide post-go-live support and resolve user issues

- Collaborate with team members within a functional “squad” structure

Key skills required

- 1–3 years of experience in software implementation or support

- Basic understanding of procurement / S2P processes

- Exposure to Ivalua or similar platforms (Coupa, Ariba, GEP, etc.) preferred

- Working knowledge of SQL/databases

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Positive communication and documentation skills

- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

- Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution

- Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (Jira, Confluence)

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field

- Procurement domain exposure is a plus
