Sales Executive – Roofing Sheets & Building Materials

Location: Ernakulam / Kochi
Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with sales aptitude may apply)
Industry: Roofing Sheets, Building Materials, Construction Products

Key Responsibilities

- Visit roofing sheet dealers, hardware shops, contractors, builders, and fabricators in assigned territories.
- Generate new leads and develop relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Promote roofing sheets, steel structures, and related construction products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct site visits and meet contractors, engineers, and architects.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor products and pricing.
- Ensure timely order booking, payment collection, and customer follow-up.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.

Requirements

- Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.




- Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Ernakulam and nearby districts.
- Experience in roofing sheets, steel, cement, plywood, hardware, or building materials is an advantage.

Salary Range

- ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month fixed salary.
- Incentives based on sales performance.
- Petrol/Travel allowance in many companies

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
