Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain Purchase, Sales, Journal, and Payment entries.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Prepare and file GST Returns, TDS Returns, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks during audits and compliance activities.
- Verify invoices, expense claims, and supporting documents.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime (mandatory).
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,



Formulas).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Understanding of accounting standards and bookkeeping practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience as an Account Executive/Accountant.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
- Candidates residing on the Mumbai Western Line are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,643.34 - ₹41,504.88 per month
