Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated professors with foundational knowledge and hands-on exposure to SMC Industrial Automation Training Systems (such as AIT-400 or equivalent). This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in industrial automation training. The trainer will assist in delivering training on pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, and basic automation systems under senior guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting classroom and practical training sessions on SMC Pneumatic and Electro-Pneumatic systems.
- Explain basic concepts of industrial automation including actuators, valves, sensors, compressors, and control circuits.
- Support in preparing and delivering lesson plans, lab manuals, and practical demonstrations.
- Help in setting up, operating, and testing SMC training kits and automation panels.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine checks on training equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and support preventive maintenance activities.
- Assist in monitoring trainee participation, attendance,



and basic assessments.
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with senior trainers and the training management team for smooth program execution.
- Actively learn and stay updated on SMC products and automation technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

- M.Tech (Fresher or up to 1 year experience) in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of pneumatics, electro-pneumatics, and industrial automation concepts.
- Academic or lab exposure to SMC training systems or similar automation kits is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of PLC fundamentals will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take technical guidance.
- Ability to interact positively with students and trainees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
