- Generate leads through fieldwork, referrals, and networking
- Meet potential customers to understand their financial and insurance needs
- Recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain solid client relationships
- Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
