Job Responsibilities

- Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and dealers daily.
- Introduce and demonstrate Outbro products.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retailers and distributors.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Collect orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide regular market feedback.
- Ensure product availability and strong market visibility.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market updates.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Passion for field sales and business development.
- Ability to build relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
- Experience in mobile accessories, consumer electronics, FMCG, telecom, or field sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
