Roles & Responsibilities:

- Participate in requirements gathering meetings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes
- Performing requirements analysis and create user stories
- Serving as a liaison between Business users,



and development team
- Conduct requirement grooming meetings
- Conduct retrospective meetings & Demos
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Willingness to assist the cross-functional team throughout project development
- Research, gather and synthesize information to support the development of business solutions

Prerequisite

- Ability to identity and document use cases
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Basic UX and database skills
- Familiarity with Estimation models
- Familiarity in Software Lifecycle and Scrum management process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

- Worked on product development & Logistic/Travel domain
- Ability to create UX screens
- Experience with data analysis and modeling tools
