We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors, and delivering projects on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth site execution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Verify measurements, monitor material consumption, and maintain site records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, QA/QC,
and Project Management teams to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, company standards, and statutory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or real estate construction projects.
