Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Interior Designer to design modern, functional, and aesthetically appealing workplace environments. The candidate will be responsible for space planning, concept development, client coordination, and execution support for commercial office interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, business needs, brand identity, and workspace functionality.
- Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and working drawings.
- Create boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with architects, Consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Select furniture, finishes, lighting, partitions, and décor elements.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and execution inspections.
- Ensure projects comply with commercial building regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare BOQs, project specifications, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project timelines and support smooth project execution.
- Handle client presentations and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Stay updated on workplace design trends, ergonomic standards, and sustainable office solutions.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate/commercial office interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of workplace planning and commercial interior detailing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience in turnkey corporate interior projects.
- Vendor and material sourcing knowledge.
