Job Title: Project Manager (IT Services)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects in a fast-paced IT services environment. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, experience working with clients, and hands-on knowledge of up-to-date AI tools to enhance productivity, planning, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery
- Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, and QA teams
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Monitor project progress and handle risks/issues proactively
- Conduct daily/weekly status meetings and reporting
- Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations
- Ensure proper documentation and process adherence (Agile/Scrum)




- Improve team productivity using AI-based tools and automation

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in IT service-based project management
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

AI Tools Knowledge (Preferred):

Candidates should be familiar with or have experience using AI tools such as: ChatGPT / OpenAI tools, GitHub Copilot, Notion AI, ClickUp AI / Jira AI features etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,345.75 - ₹81,765.45 per month
