Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of AR callers and analysts, monitoring daily productivity, quality metrics, and performance.
- Cardiology Expertise: Oversee end-to-end AR management including follow-ups, complex denials (e.g., coding, medical necessity, bundling), and collections for cardiology.
- Denial Management: Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and ensure timely follow-up on unpaid or denied claims.
- Process Improvement: Drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and analyze AR aging reports to reduce backlog.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to US healthcare RCM guidelines, payer rules, and HIPAA regulations.

Eligibility / Requirements

- Experience: Generally 6–9 years in AR, with a minimum of 2-3 years of specific US RCM Cardiology specialty experience highly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of PB (Physician Billing), insurance authorization, and medical billing software.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex denials and manage AR aging.
