Job Description





Solid experience in Windows Server environment, especially with file server roles.

- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory (user/group management, group policies, permissions).
- Familiar with file/folder permission delegation, NTFS, and share-level permissions.
- Understanding of approval workflows (could be through ticketing tools
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to explain and coordinate with users.
