Job Title: Project Manager – Residential

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, managing, and executing residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, quality compliance, and coordination with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and monitor residential construction projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Review BOQs, estimates, billing, contracts, and project documentation
- Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and construction standards
- Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports to management
- Lead and mentor site engineers, project engineers, and construction teams

Skills Required:





- Strong project planning and execution skills
- In-depth knowledge of residential construction practices
- Expertise in budgeting, estimation, billing, BOQ, and cost control
- Solid leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office

Qualification & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (PMP or Project Management certification is an added advantage)
- 8–15 years of experience in residential construction projects
- Minimum 3–5 years in a Project Manager or similar leadership role

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in apartments, villas, high-rise buildings, gated communities, and township projects
- Strong exposure to project planning, execution, quality assurance, billing, estimation, contract management, and statutory approvals

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
