Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Operations Management:-

- Supervise day-to-day security operations across gates, perimeter, and internal zones.
- Ensure effective monitoring, patrolling, and incident prevention.
- Implement security protocols, SOPs, and emergency response procedures.

2. Team Supervision & Discipline:-

- Lead and manage security guards, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and adherence to duty rosters.
- Conduct regular briefings, training, and performance evaluations.
- Enforce company security standards and code of conduct.

3. Access Control & Surveillance:-

- Oversee visitor management, contractor access, vehicle entry/exit, and material movement.
- Monitor CCTV systems and coordinate quick response to unusual activity.
- Ensure proper documentation and security registers are maintained.

4. Incident Management:-





- Respond to emergencies, alarms, and security breaches immediately.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
- Liaise with local police, fire services, and external agencies when required.

5. Compliance & Audits:-

- Ensure adherence to statutory and company security policies.
- Support internal audits, risk assessments, and safety drills.
- Maintain compliance with fire safety norms and evacuation procedures.

6. Asset Protection:-

- Safeguard company property, equipment, and confidential information.
- Monitor high-risk zones and ensure stringent control measures.
