We are a Govt. of India Recognized Two- Star Export House dealing in Bicycles & Parts. Based in Focal Point Ludhiana. We are looking for a meticulous , dedicated and experienced Export Documentation Executive for Export / Shipping Documentation.
Job Summary
- Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years in Export Documentation (Preferably from an engineering, manufacturing, or auto-parts background).
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
- Job Location: Focal Point, Ludhiana, Punjab.
- Department: Logistics & Export Documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a related business field.
- Technical Skills: Robust proficiency in MS Excel, data entry, and basic ERP software.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Indian Customs procedures,
high-volume sea freight logistics, container loading paperwork, and HSN classifications for mechanical/engineering goods.
- Core Traits: High attention to detail (zero-tolerance for paperwork errors), strong follow-up skills, and clear professional communication when dealing with external vendors and banks.
