The Commis 3 – Bakery is responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of bakery items such as breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked products. The role involves supporting senior chefs, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring quality production as per company standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Support

- Assist in preparation of bakery items like breads, cookies, pastries, cakes, muffins, and desserts
- Support senior chefs in daily bakery production activities
- Prepare ingredients such as flour, sugar, cream, fillings, and toppings
- Follow recipes and production guidelines accurately
- Help in basic baking, mixing, kneading, shaping, and decorating tasks

Quality Control

- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Ensure freshness and quality of all bakery products




- Follow portion control and waste minimization practices

Hygiene & Safety

- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products
- Follow kitchen safety procedures at all times

Team Coordination

- Work closely with bakery team members and kitchen staff
- Support smooth daily production and timely dispatch
- Assist during bulk production and festive season operations

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
