- Detailed Job description :

- Role Focus:

- First line of defence; monitors and triages security alerts. ~~
- Key Responsibilities:

- The candidate must have proven expertise in:

- Monitor SIEM tools (e.g., LogRhythm, QRadar, Splunk etc.)



for security alerts. Monitoring SIEM Solution console for identifying the security events generated by the log sources integrated with SIEM tools. ~~ - Identification of security events that are false positives / exceptions before qualifying event as an incident. ~~ - Perform initial triage and classification of incidents. ~~ - Escalating genuine events and escalations to L2 analysts. ~~ - Log Incident tickets in service management tool and assign it to the respective team. Follow-up for the closure of the incident tickets generated. ~~ - Document incidents and maintain logs. ~~ - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for C-SOC operations and incident handling. ~~ - Various report preparation and sharing internally. ~~
- Ideal Candidate:

- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and C-SOC operations. Familiarity with SIEM tools and log analysis. ~~ - Strong attention to details, reporting and communication skills. ~~ - Should be comfortable working in shifts. ~~ - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in C-SOC operations. ~~
- Certification: (*Mandatory any one of the following certifications)

- CompTIA Security+. ~~ - Certified SOC Analyst (CSA). ~~
- Compensation:

- Commensurate with experience and industry standards. ~~
