Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:

- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee advantages programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
- Assist employees with benefits enrolment and claims.
- Stay updated on benefits regulations and make recommendations for improvements.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure HR operations comply with federal,
state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Employee Relations:
