Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Extraction Intern to support our sales, marketing, and research teams by collecting, validating, and organizing business data from various online sources. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in data research and operations within an IT services environment.
This is a full-time remote internship with opportunities to learn about CRM systems, lead generation, and data operations in a rapid-paced B2B setup.
Key Responsibilities

Extract and compile business and contact data from online sources, databases, directories, and platforms.

Conduct web research to identify potential clients, companies, and decision-makers.

Clean, verify,
and maintain accuracy of data in spreadsheets and CRM systems.

Organize and structure large datasets for sales and marketing use.

Perform data validation, deduplication, and formatting tasks.

Support lead generation and market research initiatives.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on data extraction progress and quality.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand data requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
