? Experience: 6 – 12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives aligned with company vision and statutory requirements.

Plan and execute projects in Health, Education, Livelihood, Environment, and Community Development.

Collaborate with NGOs, government departments, and local communities to maximize social impact.

Monitor & evaluate CSR initiatives, prepare impact reports, and share with management.

Prepare and manage CSR budgets ensuring cost-effective utilization.

Drive CSR initiatives related to Steel & Cement sector communities (Skill development, Women empowerment, Rural upliftment, Health camps, Setting projects).

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 (CSR Rules).

Lead and guide CSR field teams for effective project implementation.
