- Site Supervision:
- Supervise and monitor all on-site civil construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and site labor for daily operations.
- Planning and Execution:
- Plan daily and weekly site activities to meet project timelines.
- Manage resources like materials, manpower, and machinery efficiently.
- Support the Project Manager in scheduling and progress tracking.
- Quality Control:
- Check materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials such as concrete, steel, etc.
- Maintain records of quality checks and test results.
- Measurement & Billing:
- Take measurements of completed works for preparation of bills.
- Verify subcontractor bills and quantities executed on site.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain daily site reports, material consumption records, and progress updates.
- Prepare reports on work progress, delays,



and manpower deployment.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams for technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with project management and clients for updates.
- Health & Safety:
- Ensure implementation of safety protocols and PPE usage at the site.
- Report and minimize site hazards and incidents.
- Material Management:
- Ensure timely procurement and proper storage of construction materials.
- Monitor material usage to reduce wastage.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in construction projects (depending on position level)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
