Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct technical sessions and participate in functional design sessions
- Technically Lead/develop Oracle Retail Merchandising project of any complexity
- Design, Estimate and build specifications to meet business objectives.
- Assess impacts of system changes and ensure effective delivery of application functionality and integration.
- Perform Quality Assurance
- Co-ordinate with onsite lead or client to carry out day-to-day operations of the project
- Train and assist other individuals and team

Educational Qualification:

B.E / B. Tech / M. C. A./ M. S./ M. Tech

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience
- BE/MCA/BTech with functional domain knowledge of 3+ yrs of experience
- Experience in 2-3 ORMS/RESA/RPM/ReIM/Allocation implementation is a MUST




- Deep understanding RMS/ReSA/RPM architecture and business process
- Strong hands-on experience in Forms, Pro*C, Data, Batch Processes, PL/SQL is MUST, webservices and ADF is positive to have
- OS/DB : Linux/Unix, Oracle 10AS(oc4j) and Oracle 11g/10g
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Should be self-starter and work independently
- Able to cope up with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of ORMS is a mustOthers
- Participate and contribute in a cross-functional team environment
- Articulate technical concepts to the business and technical community
- Work with other teams
- Collaborate across teams where there are dependencies
