A Staff Nurse in a hospital provides direct patient care, including patient assessment, implementing care plans, administering medication, and collaborating with doctors. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, maintaining patient records, and Ensuring infection control protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Patient Care: Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and provide personal hygiene/comfort.
- Clinical Procedures: Administer medications (tablets, injections, infusions) and assist doctors with procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed reports of patient conditions, treatment, and medications.
- Safety & Environment: Ensure a safe, clean environment,



including managing infection control, handling hazardous materials, and maintaining equipment.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individual nursing care plans and update them based on patient progress.
- Communication: Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
- Education: Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
