Job Title: Project Manager

(E-commerce / Agency) Experience Required

- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, Product Management, or a similar role
- Preferably from a digital marketing or e-commerce agency environment

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage and coordinate end-to-end e-commerce and digital projects for US and Canada–based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Amazon cross-functional teams, and supply chain & logistics coordination in a fast-paced agency setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project execution for e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams including PPC, SEO, Design, Content, Data, Development, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular client calls and status updates (US & Canada time zones)
- Perform bottleneck analysis and proactively resolve risks and delivery challenges
- Ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and client expectations
- Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain operations
- Coordinate international logistics, including Brand Registry and customs clearance arrangements (as applicable)
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of information to all relevant stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Project / Process / Product Management
- Strong experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce agency
- Hands-on experience with Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms
- Experience managing US and Canada marketplace projects
- Robust understanding of e-commerce workflows, PPC, and performance marketing
- Proven experience in planning and managing end-to-end supply chain
- Strong strategic thinking, bottleneck analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

E-commerce & Marketing Tools (Exposure Preferred):

- Amazon Seller Central
- Walmart Seller Center
- Shopify Admin
- Google Analytics
- Amazon Ads / Google Ads (basic knowledge preferred)

Nice to Have

- PMP / Scrum / Agile certification
- Experience handling international clients
- Knowledge of Brand Registry and customs clearance processes
- Strong KPI tracking and performance reporting skills
- Experience working in fast-paced agency environments
