- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of equipment and resources.
- Maintain accurate daily site reports, progress updates, and attendance records.
- Identify and resolve in office issues to minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and contractual requirements.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Report accidents, incidents, and non-conformance issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Pay: ₹15,088.18 - ₹20,413.89 per month
