Vasundhara Construction is looking for a creative and experienced Architect with 5–7 years of professional experience in residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural planning and design for residential & commercial projects
- Preparing 2D & 3D drawings, layouts, and working drawings
- Site visits and coordination with civil engineers and contractors
- Client requirement understanding and design presentation
- Interior and exterior design planning
- BOQ (Bill of Quantity) preparation
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Project execution support and supervision
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction process
- Good understanding of interior design, elevation, and space planning
- Ability to create 2D plans, 3D views, and realistic renders
- Knowledge of material selection and site execution
- Good communication and client handling skills
