Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to manage day-to day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Finance Module is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and month-end reports.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Process journal entries, accruals, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.




- Monitor cash flow and support budget planning and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance)

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Finance Module is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with ERP/HRMS systems is an advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, payroll accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: From ₹21,000.00 per month
