Key Responsibilities:
- Cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Tendering, contract administration, and BOQ management
- Cost monitoring, payment certification, and expenditure control
- Managing variations, claims, and change requests
- Conducting site measurements and commercial assessments
- Supporting day-to-day commercial operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or a related field
- MRICS / AssocRICS preferred
- Proficiency in BIM, CostX/Candy, and MS Office
- Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, and contract management skills
