Sarvagya Institute develops industrial digitalisation solutions, including AR/VR training applications, learning management systems, manpower dashboards, audit management systems, warranty management systems, IoT solutions and AI-based industrial applications.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can design modern, user-friendly and professional interfaces for web, mobile, dashboard and industrial software applications.

Job Responsibilities

- Design user-friendly interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, dashboards and enterprise software.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Design industrial dashboards for manpower, production, quality, audit, training and performance monitoring.
- Conduct user research and understand customer requirements.
- Convert complex industrial processes into simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Develop and maintain reusable design systems, components and style guides.
- Work closely with frontend developers, backend developers and project managers.
- Review implemented screens and ensure design accuracy.
- Improve existing software interfaces based on user feedback and usability issues.
- Design presentations, icons, illustrations and supporting visual elements when required.
- Maintain consistency in colours, typography, spacing and visual hierarchy.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and responsive layouts.




- Valuable understanding of user experience principles and usability.
- Strong skills in typography, colour theory, spacing and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing dashboards, SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.
- Understanding of web and mobile design standards.
- Ability to create clean, modern and professional interface designs.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and frontend development will be an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
- Experience designing industrial, manufacturing, ERP, LMS, CRM or dashboard-based applications.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Experience working with React or development teams will be preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating web, mobile and dashboard design projects.
