Key Responsibilities

As a Pouch Machine Operator, your responsibilities include:

- Project Planning and Execution: You are responsible for planning production schedules, coordinating material availability,



and executing packaging projects efficiently to meet customer demands.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Addressing machine malfunctions, troubleshooting technical issues, and making quick decisions to ensure minimal downtime and maintain production flow.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production processes and timely delivery of products.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Providing guidance to junior operators, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: Identifying opportunities for process optimization, implementing cost-saving measures, and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance packaging efficiency.
- Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Performing machine setup, conducting quality checks, and addressing any customer-specific packaging requirements to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you need the following skills and qualifications:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating pouch packaging machines, knowledge of PLC systems, familiarity with automated packaging equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues,



and understanding of packaging materials.
- Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation, packaging technology, or related field.
- Experience Level: 2+ years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging or similar industry; knowledge of GMP and safety regulations.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to collaborate with team members.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of packaging standards, quality control processes, and compliance requirements in the manufacturing industry.
